[faq_extension] FAQ Extension

FAQ-extension to add user and user_group BE access rights

This Plugin adds edit and access right for backend users and backend user_groups to the FAQ module.

Just pretty much like the news access rights.

This will hopfully be replaced by a contao core update, sometimes.
