Form widget: Date selection via select menu

This extension adds a new field type to the form generator. With Date Selection your website visitors can select dates via select menus. In the field configuration you choose the date format, start and end of the selectable timeframe, as well as the default date. The widget returns the chosen date as a string. Also, notice the extension formtimeselection that your website visitors can use to select a certain time.
