Add menus with page images

This extension allows to add a menu that contains or entirely consists of images. The images are administered through the page_images extension which allows to even use random images and fallback images. The page_images extension will be installed automatically if installed through the extension repository.

Possibilities:

• Menu with icons,
• Menu consisting of only images
• Could also be used to display webstoe categories for Isotope.
