An imagefader with multiple effects based on mootoolsQuote from authors website: Slideshow is a javascript class for Mootools 1.2 to stream and animate the presentation of images on your website. Slideshow is the result of many trials in code attempting to create a javascript class that was lightweight, unobtrusive, a snap to setup (but also highly configurable), extendable and - built using the javascript framework with the best effects - visually very impressive. Slideshow began as a side project by Aeron Glemann, and is now open source with an MIT-style license. Features- A detailed overview of functions and demo can be found here:

- CSS and Javascripts can be customized via TYPOlight Templates for each Slideshow
How to use the Slideshow- Create a new slideshow via Content > Slideshow2
- At first you have to setup the basics for the slideshow which are: size, effects and buttons
- Then you continue to add the images. You can select one file or folder per element.
- When you are finished with that you can integrate the slideshow either as module, insert-tag {{slideshow2::ID}} or directly as content element.
General notes- If you change CSS or JS files from the plugins folder you have to delete or create new .gz files in order to make changes work.
- Styling of elements when having multiple Slideshows may not work because the script can not read cascaded styles (#show .captions)
- If you integrate the slideshow as insert-tag the html sourcecode is not valid anymore due the CSS and JS integration.
- The startimage should only be used if images have the same dimensions.

Changlog of version 2.0.0 stable- Optimized for Contao 2.10, templates modified and checked all functions.
Changlog of version 2.0.0 beta1- IMPORTANT! The templates have been changed. You may need to edit them if you encounter problems.
- FEATURE: Start picture is now being inserted via script, so no more display errors.
- FEATURE: Main CSS and JS files of the slideshow2 can have customs paths assigned via template
- FEATURE: Newest mootools version is being used automatically if contao is not 2.10.0
- FIX: All templates edited, especially the CSS template has been reduced.
- FIX: Slideshow script updated to r208, should fix problems with IE9.
- FIX: Thumbnail overlay removed, not compatible anymore and due to problems with the script
- Hinweise:
- JS template has to been edited since JS and CSS files are now integrated there.
- Newest Slideshow only working with 1.3, so since contao will you mootools 1.3 with Version 2.10 there can be problems.

- UPDATE: Slideshow script updated to r197.
- Feature: Padding of thumbnails can be defined from slider settings.
- BUG: Last thumbnails was not shown due to missing padding.
