Features requirement for accepting terms and conditions on member registration process

This very simple extension introduces single field optionally available in modules for processing member registration. On enabling this option it gets required to accept the site's terms and conditions for registration to succeed.

In opposition to other extensions such as xtmember this is the only feature contained and there is no requirement to enter the terms and conditions text right in place to appear next to the checkbox. By using tx_locale or similar extension it's possible to customize the text of option e.g. to embed a link to some separate page.
