define global css-vars within the theme, value for all stylesheets

with contao 2.10.0 definded css-vars are added with following features:

  • within the themes you can define global variables, value for all style sheets
  • within the stylesheets you can define local variables, value only for the specified stylesheet; same global variables are overwritten.
