Additional member fields for schools (school grades, year of graduation)

xtmembers_school adds additional data fields for TYPOlight members which can be used for schools. The following fields will be added:

• School grade (Dropdown list)
• Year of graduation (Dropdown list)

The school grades can be defined in the TYPOlight settings by a comma separated list of available grades.

The fields can be deactivated in the TYPOlight settings.

This extension depends on the xtmembers plugin and cannot run standalone.

Installation

After unpacking the files to the TYPOlight module directory you'll have to run the TYPOlight install tool to add the additional database fields.

IMPORTANT

xtmembers_school continues the MemberExtensions_School module. All files are located in the same directory. Renaming the extension was necessary to support the TYPOlight online translator. If you want to update from MemberExtensions_School to xtmembers_school please keep the following in mind:

• Update using the TYPOlight extension manager: Please uninstall the MemberExtensions_School module, but ONLY delete the files. If TYPOlight asks you to change the database tables, please click cancel, otherwise you will loose all your previously created data with MemberExtensions_School. After uninstalling MemberExtensions_School please install the xtmembers_school module using the Extension Manager. TYPOlight installs the files and states that no database changes have been made.
• Manual update: Just overwrite the xtmembers_school folder with the content of the xtmembers_school zip file.
