First of all, an extension must be published to be visible in the Extension Repository. If your extension is still not listed, it most likely does not meet one of the following requirements:

• There has to be at least one published release.
• The release must contain at least one published translation.
• One of the translations must match the front end language.

Note that it can take a few minutes until the internal cache has been updated after the publication.
