can you give a recommendation of a remote tool for using remote access to clients pc / mac?

I would like to use one tool to support and teach TYPOlight for clients.

Payable solutions and open source versions prefered.

Teamviewer is my first choice... ;-)

Another alternative would be Dameware, also very nice!!

i agree team viewer is a very (and free) alternative. Another can be zoho meeting (www.zoho.com) for meetings or remote assistence or Gotomeeting (www.gotomeeting.com) this solution cost a little, but the performance is great, you dont have to install any exe, and work great with firewalls.

www.logmein.com is another possibility.
